Shipping

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched on a regular basis, and under normal conditions, Sweden domestic orders will arrive within two working days. Orders shipped outside of Sweden will be delivered within 2-6 business days.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with an order tracking link. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Support at webshop@abbathemuseum.com

Postal carrier delays are beyond the control of ABBA The Museum.

DHL Parcell Connect: 3-6 working days.

UPS Pick Up Point: 3-6 working days.

World Economy (Europe also)

UPS Home Delivery (Standard and Expedited): 2-6 working days

Order confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order. For questions about your order, please contact us at webshop@abbathemuseum.com and include the order number in your reply. If you have not received any confirmation emails, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Freight Charges

Freight charges will be visible in your shopping basket throughout the checkout process and before you finalize your transaction.

Please keep in mind that you, as the customer, are responsible for all domestic VAT, import duties or fees, as well as other charges imposed by the country to which your product is being shipped. 

Please check your country's customs and import regulations.

Sustainability Policy

It´s important to know the ecological footprint. We strive to put the environment first in every step of the process, from sourcing and materials to packaging. This can be the reason why most of our t-shirts are delivered without a plastic bag.

Taxes and Duties

All orders outside the European Union are sent out DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means that the prices displayed at the checkout exclude VAT, including Swedish VAT and local import/duty tariffs. This implies you may be charged VAT, import charges, and/or taxes by your local customs. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an exact figure for your transaction because these taxes are imposed by your local customs and sent directly from the freight carrier. To determine the cost of your order, please contact your local freight company office. 

ABBA The Museum is not liable for import duties or local taxes.

Claims and Damages

We make every effort to ensure that your order is complete and that all products ordered are sellable. If your shipment is incomplete or a product is damaged, please notify our Customer Support at webshop@abbathemuseum.com within 14 days of receipt. 

For damaged items, please attach images of the damaged product. If the products are determined to be defective, we will issue a full refund. Damages caused by freight carrier should be reported immediately to the carrier. 

ABBA The Museum is not responsible for damages caused by the freight carrier.

For a missing item, we will examine our order fulfillment film to check if the order was shipped incompletely. In certain cases, an order may be sent in multiple shipments. If the order is determined to be incomplete, we will issue a full refund of the missing item.

Returns

You may return any purchased products within 14 days of receiving them. Returns are permitted for unused products in their original packing, with labels intact. Products sent in protective packaging, such as Vinyl, CDs, DVDs, socks, and magnet sets, must remain intact in order to be resold. We cannot reimburse returned products that are missing the protective packaging or have been handled in such a way that they cannot be resold. We are unable to send back non approved returns so if you are unsure please contact our Customer Support at webshop@abbathemuseum.com for further directions.

Returns are at the customers expense. Please include the original order number with the returned package. ABBA the Museum is not responsible for refunding paid duties, fees or taxes imposed by the country to which the order was sent.
