Terms and conditions

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order. For questions about your order, please contact us at webshop@abbathemuseum.com and include the order number in your email. If you have not received any confirmation emails, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched on a regular basis and in normal circumstances, Sweden domestic orders will arrive within two working days. Orders shipped outside of Sweden will be delivered within 2-7 business days. For more information regarding estimated delivery times based on your chosen delivery option, please see below.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with an order tracking link. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Support at webshop@abbathemuseum.com

Please note that postal carrier delays are beyond the control of ABBA The Museum and we assume no responsibility for such delays.

Method of payment

Our payment options are American Express, Maestro, Visa, or Mastercard. 

SSL encryption is used to handle your payment card number and signature codes. Card numbers are not saved in our systems.

Taxes and Duties

In the European Union, all prices include VAT. All orders outside the European Union are sent out DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means that the prices displayed at the checkout exclude VAT, including Swedish VAT and local import/duty tariffs. This implies you may be charged VAT, import charges, and/or taxes by your local customs. Please note that you as the customer is responsible for all customs or any other charges imposed by the country to which the order is shipped. Please check your country's customs and import regulations.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an exact figure for your transaction because these taxes are imposed by your local customs and sent directly from the freight carrier. To determine the cost of your order, please contact your local freight company office. 

ABBA The Museum is not liable for import duties or local taxes.

Claims and Damages

We make every effort to ensure that your order is complete and that all products ordered are sellable. If your shipment is incomplete or a product is damaged, please notify our Customer Support at webshop@abbathemuseum.com within 14 days of receipt. 

For damaged items, please attach images of the damaged product. If the products are determined to be defective, we will issue a full refund. Damages caused by freight carrier should be reported immediately to the carrier. ABBA The Museum is not responsible for damages caused by the freight carrier.

For a missing item, we will examine our order fulfillment film to check if the order was shipped incompletely. In certain cases, an order may be sent in multiple shipments. If the order is determined to be incomplete, we will issue a full refund of the missing item.

Returns / Right of withdrawal

You may return any purchased products within 14 days of receiving them. Returns are permitted for unused products in their original packing, with labels intact. Products sent in protective packaging, such as Vinyl, CDs, DVDs, socks, and magnet sets, must remain intact in order to be resold. We cannot reimburse returned products that are missing the protective packaging or have been handled in such a way that they cannot be resold. We are unable to send back non approved returns so if you are unsure, please contact our Customer Support at webshop@abbathemuseum.com for further directions.

If you wish to return an item/order, you can notify us by sending a message via email to webshop@abbathemuseum.com, within the withdrawal period, and specify your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You can also fill in and attach the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form (available here or at Swedish Consumer Agency's web page) to your email. You cannot return an order simply by refusing to accept the order without notifying us. Feel free to contact us if you need assistance.

Returns are at the customers expense. Please include the original order number with the returned package. ABBA the Museum is not responsible for refunding paid duties, fees or taxes imposed by the country to which the order was sent.

Unclaimed deliveries

We retain the right to charge a fee of 200SEK for packages not claimed by the customer and returned to us. This charge helps to cover freight and handling charges.

Customer information and Cookies 

When you visit our website or make a purchase in our web shop we may process personal data relating to you in accordance with our Privacy Policy as updated from time to time. For information on use of cookies, please refer to the Cookie Banner on our website.

Minimum age

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and be legally eligible to enter binding contracts, or have permission from a legal guardian. We reserve the right to terminate your order or your access to the website immediately if we discover that you are under the age of 18 years.

Errors or inaccuracies

We make every attempt to present recent, accurate and reliable information on our website at all times. However, sometimes errors can occur, such as typographical, incomplete or wrong data or wrong colours. In addition, we cannot guarantee that a photograph depicts the product exactly. We make every attempt to accurately represent each product; nevertheless, if there are any discrepancies between the product image and the actual item, you may return it in accordance with our return policy. 

We reserve the right to amend or update product information at any time, without prior notice. ABBA The Museum reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on products listed at an incorrect price.
