Just like the majority of ABBA’s stage outfits, the cat outfits were designed by the versatile designer, teacher and zoologist Owe Sandström. ABBA started working closely together with Sandström early in the band’s career.

was the brief when Owe Sandström got the mission to create costumes for the tv-show Made in Sweden For Export in 1975 – a showcase program where ABBA was presented as one of the hotshots.
