All prices at ABBA The Museum web shop inside the European Union are shown with VAT tax. All prices shown outside the European Union are excluding VAT tax. The minimum order value is SEK 150, EURO 15, USD 15, GBP 15.
You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address listed on the order. The order number on this confirmation should be indicated with ABBA The Museum at any time you are in correspondence with us, regarding the order in question. firstname.lastname@example.org Our address is POP Story AB, Djurgårdsvägen 68, 115 21 STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN.
At ABBA The Museum we ship orders on a continual basis and in normal circumstances your order within Sweden will be delivered within 5 working days. Orders outside of Sweden can be delivered within 5-7 working days. The package outside of Sweden is sent to a distribution place near your shipping address. ABBA The Museum cannot take responsibility for delays caused by postal carriers.
You will be able to see the freight charges in your shopping cart at the time of check out and before you confirm your order. Domestic freight charge is SEK 49 and non-domestic freight in Europe charge is SEK 185, outside of Europe SEK 249. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for all customs or any other charges imposed by the country to which the order is shipped. Please check out specific customs or import rules for your country.
Method of payment
You can choose to pay with American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Visa och Mastercard. Your credit card number and signature codes are handled by SSL – encrypted communication. Card numbers are not stored in our systems.
We retain the right to debit your account with a minimum of 350 SEK for packages not claimed by you as the customer and returned to us. This charge helps to cover freight and handling charges.
Claims and damages
We control all goods before shipment, but should an item be defect, you should contact us within 14 days after delivery. Damages due to freight should be reported directly to your postal carrier. This also includes orders lost by the postal carriers or items missing from your order. We do not replace damaged packaging or wrapping. This does not include if you ordered wrong item or want to change the size or the colour of your ordered item. If so, please check Returns and exchanges.
Returns and exchanges
Domestic buyers, people living within Sweden can return or exchange the purchase within 30 days of receiving the package. Orders made inside the European Union can be returned within 14 days . Orders made outside the European Union can not be returned. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for unused merchandise with unbroken packaging, including labels, bags and accessories. You will need to contact us before returning any merchandise to obtain a return number. Both the order number and return number must be included in the returned package. Return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for all costs, regulations and arrangements. ABBA The Museum cannot refund customs or any other charges added by the country in which the merchandise has been shipped.
Customer information is stored at the time of order placement in our register. No information will be released outside ABBA The Museum unless otherwise required by law. If you have accepted to receive our newsletter, your customer information is stored in our register but will not be release outside ABBA The Museum unless otherwise required by law.
You must be 18 years of age to order merchandise from ABBA The Museum web shop. Minors must have permission in writing from a legal guardian or otherwise risk prosecution.
We always try to present the most recent, accurate and reliable information on our website at all times. However, sometimes there might occur some errors, such as typographical ones, incomplete or wrong data or wrong colours. We are always on the hunt for those kinds of errors and correct them as soon as they are discovered. In addition we cannot guarantee that a photograph depicts the product exactly. We always try to describe the products as close to the authentic product as possible but if there are some divergences between the picture of the product and the real product delivered to your home, we apologise for any inconvenience these errors may incur and we reserve the right to amend or update product information at any time, without prior notice. ABBA The Museum reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on merchandise listed at an incorrect price.
