Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: In normal circumstances your order within Sweden will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders in the European Union can be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders outside of European Union can be delivered within 5-10 working days. ABBA The Museum can not take responsibility for delays caused by postal carriers

Q: Can I track my order?

A: When your order is sent from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link. Check your spam folder in case you haven’t received it yet.

Q: I try to place my order but it keeps getting cancelled?

A: You can only order within your country.

A: Your card could be blocked from online purchase, in that case contact your bank and they will help you.

A: Please try different web browsers. 

Q: Is sustainability important for ABBA the Museum Webshop?

A: It’s important to know the ecological footprint. We put the environment first in every step of the process; it's not just our t-shirts that are ecological green,our packaging are made of reusable and recyclable material.

Q: Why do I need to pay import fees and tax?

A: All customers outside of EU need to pay domestic import- and tax fees. Different countries have different rules regarding this, please check your domestic rules and regulations. Import and tax fees is not anything ABBA the Museum is responsible for.

Q: Is there a limit on how much I need to order to be able to buy?

A: There is a minimum order value of 200 SEK, 20 EURO, 20 GBP and 20 USD.

European Union

You can choose to have your order delivered to your local DHL Service Point (cost 169 SEK) or directly to your home with UPS Express Home Delivery (cost 209 SEK).

Countries outside of EU (except Oceania)

You can choose to have your order delivered to your local UPS Access Point (cost 169 SEK) or UPS Home Delivery (cost 209 SEK) directly to your home. 

Oceania 

You can choose to have your order delivered to your local UPS Access Point (cost 369 SEK) or UPS Home Delivery (cost 409 SEK) directly to your home.

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

A: We ship with Post Nord and DHL for domestic orders, DHL and UPS within EU and UPS for all other international orders. You can choose to pick your order at your local Service/Access Point or to have your order delivered directly to your home.

Q: I still haven’t received my ordered, how come?

A: One or more articles on your order can be out of stock and this can lead to a small delay. Please contact customer service if you haven’t received anything after the delivery period.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept Bancontact, iDEAL.

Claims, damages and missing items

We control all goods before shipment, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our customer service with pictures of your damaged item so that we can help you solve the situation as soon as possible.

If something was missing from your order, please reach out to our customer service immediately so we can help you further. We film each order while being handled, so it’s easy to see if an item is missing. Sometimes your order can be shipped in separate parcels, and therefore part of your order can be delivered later.

Returns and exchanges

Domestic buyers, people living within Sweden can return or exchange the purchase within 30 days of receiving the package. Orders made inside the European Union can be returned within 30 days. We offer return and exchange for all international orders purchased within 30 days of receiving the package. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for unused merchandise with unbroken packaging, including labels, bags and accessories. You will need to contact us before returning any merchandise to obtain a return address. The order number must be included in the returned package. Return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for all costs, regulations and arrangements. ABBA The Museum cannot refund customs or any other charges added by the country in which the merchandise has been shipped.
