Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: In normal circumstances your order within Sweden will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders outside of Sweden can be delivered within 5-7 working days
Q: Can I track my order?
A: When your order is sent from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link. Check your spam folder in case you haven’t received it yet.
Q: I try to place my order but it keeps getting cancelled?
A: You can only order within your country.
A: Your card could be blocked from online purchase, in that case contact your bank and they will help you.
Q: Is there a limit on how much I need to order to be able to buy?
A: There is a minimum order value of 200 SEK, 20 EURO, 20 Pounds and 20 Dollars.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is 49SEK inside Sweden, 185 SEK inside Europe and 249 SEK outside of Europe.
Q: I still haven’t received my ordered, how come?
A: One or more articles on your order can be out of stock and this can lead to a small delay. Please contact customer service if you haven’t received anything after the delivery period.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. We also accept BACS Direct Debit (in the UK), Sofortüberweisung (in Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and iDEAL (in the Netherlands).
